Replacement Card

Candidates should advise MARCSTA immediately if they have lost, had stolen or do not receive their MARCSTA Work Health and Safety Induction card or WHITECARD. 

To replace a card....

• Download and complete the Statutory Declaration

• Return to MARCSTA with the administration fee of $22 (inc GST)

MARCSTA requires the Statutory Declaration in order to protect the integrity of the certification and prevent misrepresentation by an imposter.

The fee for replacement meets our administration charges and ensures we do not have continual requests for replacement from persons who do not adequately protect their cards.  The process is not dissimilar to replacement of a drivers licence.
